Kopa Hike - May 2025

Parking

The parking area around the ski lift up to Krvavec was mostly empty.

To Davovec Saddle

We start on the road that runs alongside the stream. The flow is quite rapid and makes a nice sound. We then go into the forest and follow narrow forest paths up to the Davovec saddle.

We take a break at the saddle and do some plane spotting.

To Kopa

The Kopa peak is not far from the saddle.

Davovec Meadow

We walk across this beautiful meadow of lush tall grass. The path fades sometimes and we have to search a bit for the path back into the forest on the other side of the meadow.
